Refund, Return & Exchange

  1. Alori does not offer any ‘Exchange’ or ‘Return’ for any of the products.
  2. All products purchased from our Site can be exchanged within 10 days only if:
    – Exchange request is made within the stated time frame/limit.
    – The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
    – The received product(s) differed from the original order.
  3. In case of an exchange, customers will be responsible for all shipping, and handling costs.
  4. Discounted Items cannot be Returned/Exchanged.
  5. Any custom charges or import duties imposed or import duties imposed are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  6. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. Our garments are all on a made to order basis and specially handcrafted for you.
Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

Post Purchase Service offered:

We are pleased to offer complimentary alteration services for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. This service covers only basic alterations. Additional alteration requests will be reviewed and may incur a charge. For international orders, we recommend planning alterations carefully to minimize shipping costs, which will be the recipient’s responsibility.
